I have a better idea. Giving negative karma is only allowed for people with 500+ posts. At least we can give negative karma to people that are asking for when a show will air instead of posting links or googling for the air-dates themselves.

Furthermore, anyone with 500- posts and a negative karma of 10 will be automatically IP banned. Oh, I can dream, right?

well the abuse was mainly of off-topic users to other off topic users (and me) which is basically something I - from an admin perspective - can happily ignore and/or laugh about. But if some ass goes back through the first posts of snake to give him minus karma that's just poor and vile. and tbh, nothing i expected. hence why i disabled the feature.
